Easy Peasy Shepard's Pie

I feel like casseroles do a pretty good job at dividing people. People either seem to love them or hate them. I happen to love them. Except tater tot casserole. I could take it or leave it.

BUT, even if you don't tend to like casseroles, this Shepard's Pie Casserole is delicious. It makes a full 9x13 in. pan and it's just as great if not better the next day. The really great thing about this dish though is that there are only 7 ingredients and prep time is minimal. We're talking 5 minutes. This is a huge deal when you're short on time or you have a one year old biting at your ankles.

What You'll Need:
-1 can cream of mushroom (you could make this yourself if you're against the canned stuff (obviously the dish becomes more than 7 ingredients and a bigger time suck)
-1 can tomato soup
-1 can corn
-1 can green beans
-1/2 lb hamburger
-8 to10oz of Velveeta, sliced. (use more if you happen to be cheese lovers like our family)
-1 bag Orieda Steam n Mash Potatoes (again, you could make these from scratch)

1. Combine all the canned ingredients and give them a good stir
2. Cook hamburger throughly and add to mixture.
3. Place in a 9x13in dish
4. Fix potatoes according to the bag (milk, butter, salt, etc) I tend to add a little extra milk so they are a little thinner and easier to spread.
5. Spread mashed potatoes over the vegetable and hamburger mixture.
6. Slice Velveeta into thin squares and place in rows on top of the potatoes.
7. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
8. Let the thing cool for 5 minutes before serving, then enjoy!
