Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Ready for the easiest cookie recipe ever? It also happens to look very festive and is perfect for the holidays!

What You'll Need:
-1 box red velvet cake mix
-1 8oz container cool whip (make sure you thaw it)
-1 egg
-1 cup powdered sugar

Mix the first 3 ingredients together. The dough will be very sticky, but don't worry! Drop a small spoonful of dough into the powdered sugar and roll into a ball coating it completely.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a cooling rack. Yields approximately 24 cookies depending on how big you make them.

*You can refrigerate the dough, but I didn't find it to make that much of a difference when rolling. Also make sure to keep the balls of dough small as cookies will spread when baking.
